Trying to do this for first time out of bordom. Finished the first part with the trial and then getting them as allies and talking to the princess. Moving on ebon side says Complete A Good Deed quest. When I walk into Ice cliff he doesnt offer me the quest. Wtf do i have to do lol?

Shes not in my party i read that. Havent completed the Before wintersday quest. im all alone

Don't worry about the quest. Go outside of the Eye and talk to Keiran, go through his dialogue and he'll tell you that he needs stuff for the picnic. You won't get a quest entry in your log, but he will accept the items that are listed on the wiki page. You can proceed from there.
